During the Discovery phase, we assess the success potential of your products and services. We always do this from your customers’ perspective. We review your business case and gain an overview of your technical infrastructure, security, and organizational structures. Together, we develop a clear picture of the maturity level of your future organization. The outcome of the Discovery phase is a selected use case for an initial agent-based workforce. In addition, we provide you with a concept for a viable operating model, as well as a management summary with clear recommendations for action and a profitability analysis.
NJU:Discovery is a methodically structured process for successfully evaluating business cases, resulting in bringing your products and services to market faster and more efficiently.

2024 SO:NJU is expanding with our COLLABORATION:HUB in Valencia. In addition to companies in industry and business, we are now also supporting hospitals, clinics, and laboratories in their digital transformation.
2023 - 2020
2023 We are strengthening our SO:NJU team with our BUSINESS:FACTORY at the new Munich location, Viktualienmarkt.
2022 We are expanding our product portfolio. In addition to our consulting products, we are now offering managed services for the first time through SO:NJU Digital Solutions.
2021 We don't bury our heads in the sand. We are finding new ways to work 100% remotely with our customers and teams. We are finding that actions are opening up many new opportunities that are evolving as a new, profitable "normal".
2020 SO:NJU is developing NJU:Leadership—an agile goal management system based on OKR: Agile values, objectives, and key results are learned and firmly embedded in the organization.

2019 We move into our beautiful CREATIVE:LAB in Hamburg-Eimsbüttel and recognize the value of an inspiring working environment.
2018 SO:NJU experiences that the acceptance to change depends on the consciousness of each person and that exactly there our work begins. For this reason, the "agile mindset" or the NJU mindset has become more and more in focused as our center of our work. We foster self-confident teams that succeed in delivering top performance in the face of constant change.
2017 The SO:NJU Change Camp is launched. The 3-day training for agile change managers takes place several times a year in Ibiza as at our SO:NJU-Loft in Hamburg.
