Who we are

SO:NJU GmbH is a management consultancy specialized in agile organizational development in IT. SO:NJU accompanies companies and teams in change processes with the goal of creating a mindful enterprise architecture that enables fast, flexible action and encourages innovation.

What we do

We support companies in remaining fast, flexible and innovative in rapidly growing structures. We help teams and people in their leadership roles to act with focus and self-confidence in times of constant change. For us, being agile means that we do not stick to one method, but that we draw from our diversity of methodological expertise. In doing so, we are driven by the agile mindset, with which we shape togetherness according to NJU Work principles. Together with our teams, we develop realistic target scenarios: We check alignment, create awareness and accompany the teams in the development process.

Employees find their place in the digital world of work and know the value of their tasks because they understand and share the company's vision and see themselves as valuable "contributors.

Our method

We work according to Lean Startup and use methods like the Business Model Canvas, OKR, Design Thinking, Kanban and Scrum. We think that success lies in small sprints and permanent questioning. Quick tests on the customer are just as much a part of our agile way of working as rejecting initial ideas and then simply making even better ones. In direct interaction, personally or remotely, connected by agile tools, we work along the sprints on the development progress of the teams. Powerful and situational mini-workshops directly at the workplace complement our work. Workshops in unusual locations take place in addition, where the teams take the experience gained and the sense of community directly into their work process.

2017 The SO:NJU Change Camp is launched. The 3-day training for agile change managers takes place several times a year in Ibiza as at our SO:NJU-Loft in Hamburg.
