We are SO:NJU (pronounced: SO NEW) an international management consultancy. Our goal: to support you quickly with changes and new ideas. Together we create sustainable products, innovative processes and new business models. We do agile organizational development. That means: change through successful project work. We support you with our products on your journey from the vision to the first delivery items to scaling. We help you to act with focus and confidence in a highly dynamic environment.

HOW WE DO.

We work with maximum transparency, efficiency and always with a focus on fast delivery and customer relevance. We work according to Lean Startup and use agile product development methods such as Business Model Innovation, Design Thinking, Story Mapping and Scrum. We are convinced that success lies in the continuous delivery of delivery results and constant questioning. We take a pragmatic approach, with quick tests on the customer and also have the courage to reject initial ideas.

Emerging from an utopian vision, the future factory will produce initial ideas for MVPs and clear next steps for your development of processes, products and new structures.

PRODUCT FACTORY

In the product factory, we challenge the success potential of your processes, products and services. In doing so, we always take the perspective of your customers. Together with us, you will develop a clear picture of your target group based on personas. We use story mapping to get into the customer journey in order to understand the user experience and successfully implement it.

The product factory is a methodically structured process for successful business case development with the result of bringing your products and services to market quickly.

Duration: 2 workshop days

PROJECT SPEEDBOAT

Like a speedboat, we dock into your team at short notice and support you in picking up high speed for scaling-up.

Together, we quickly set up structures, tools and processes and create maximum transparency about your progress. We help you to establish an efficient collaboration model that also works in international teams and is culturally accepted.

Our Project Speedboot is agile product development at its best. We also call it “agile@its best”. As soon as you are “ready to scale-up”, we dock off again.

DECADE OF AGILE EXPERTISE.

2024 - 2020

2024 we are going international with our COLLABORATION:HUB in Valencia.

2023 We are strengthening our SO:NJU team with our BUSINESS:FACTORY at the new Munich location, Viktualienmarkt.

2022 we will integrate mindfulness formats into our work as agile experts and thereby create new routines as energy breaks that help us and our customers to sharpen focus and always bring balance.

2021 We don't bury our heads in the sand. We are finding new ways to work 100% remotely with our customers and teams. We are finding that actions are opening up many new opportunities that are evolving as a new, profitable "normal".

2020 SO:NJU develops the agile competence program: Agile values are learned and sustainably anchored on a behavioral level in this individual coaching.

2019 - 2016

2019 We move into our beautiful CREATIVE:LAB in Hamburg-Eimsbüttel and recognize the value of an inspiring working environment.

2018 SO:NJU experiences that the acceptance to change depends on the consciousness of each person and that exactly there our work begins. For this reason, the "agile mindset" or the NJU mindset has become more and more in focused as our center of our work. We foster self-confident teams that succeed in delivering top performance in the face of constant change.

2017 The SO:NJU Change Camp is launched. The 3-day training for agile change managers takes place several times a year in Ibiza as at our SO:NJU-Loft in Hamburg.

2016 SO:NJU GmbH is founded - the consultancy for digital and innovative working environments.
